What I collect and why

 

Contact form

 

When you fill in the contact form, I collect your name, email address, and message content. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry.

 

 

Newsletter

 

If you choose to subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is stored with Mailchimp, my email service provider, in order to send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email.

 

 

Analytics / cookies

 

This website does not currently use analytics or tracking cookies.

 

Legal basis for processing Contact form data is processed based on your consent (submitting the form) and my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

 

Newsletter data is processed based on your explicit consent (opting in).

 

 

Who has access to your data

 

Only Silvia Robertelli. Data may be processed by the following service providers, acting strictly on my instruction:

Easy WP Hosting — website hosting and form handling
Mailchimp — newsletter management

 

 

How long data is kept

 

Contact form submissions are received by email and kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, or for the duration of any resulting client relationship. If a client relationship begins, standard invoicing retention rules apply (7 years, per Belgian accounting law).

Newsletter data: retained until you unsubscribe.

Your rights Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact silvia@rsmr-studio.com. Requests are handled within 30 days.

 

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données) at www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
